Client Disclosure

Jon Hillstead LLC strives to provide the greatest possible experience for all our clients. You agree that your participation in the Program (defined below) is subject to the following terms and conditions, as well as our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (located at https://jonhillstead.mykajabi.com/terms-and-conditions) all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Jon Hillstead LLC reserves the right to make modifications to its Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at its sole discretion and without notifying Program participants. In the event of a conflict between any of those policies and this Client Contract, this Client Contract shall govern.

In consideration of your participation in the Program and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged you agree to the following:

Section 1. Program Description; Payment Terms. Jon Hillstead LLC agrees to provide you with the access to the following services for which you agree to pay the following fees:

Program: Multidimensional Icon Mastermind

Deliverables:

• 6 months Mastermind Coaching
• 2 group calls per month
• Access to Fiercely Visible and other trainings 
• 2 day in person retreat 
• Group messaging support  

Investment: $8000 PIF or 6X $1500

Section 2. Participation Terms. We are committed to providing all Program participants with a positive experience. Thus, Jon Hillstead LLC may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments due if you: (a) become disruptive or difficult to work with; (b) fail to follow the Program guidelines, or (c) impair the participation of our employees, contractors, clients, instructors or participants in any of our programs.

Section 3. Non-Solicitation. You agree with and for the benefit of Jon Hillstead LLC that, during the Program and for a period of one (1) year after separation from the Program (whether such separation results from early termination or successful completion), you will not (except with the prior written consent of Jon Hillstead LLC), directly or indirectly, either as an individual or as a partner or joint venture or as an employee, sales representative, principal, consultant, agent, shareholder, officer or director, for any person, firm, association, organization syndicate, company or corporation, or in any other manner whatsoever, contact, solicit, or attempt to solicit any of the persons, clients, employees, companies or institutions with whom you had dealings through the Program: (a) for the purpose or intent of competing with Jon Hillstead LLC to provide the same or similar services that Jon Hillstead LLC is currently providing to any of these individuals or companies, or (b) to leave the employ or engagement of Jon Hillstead LLC.

Section 4. Program Content

1. Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, advice or counseling tailored to any specific business or industry.
2. All materials, procedures, policies, standards, manuals, teaching aids, and other similar tools that have been, or will be, made available by Jon Hillstead LLC or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are solely for your individual use in or in conjunction with this training Program. It may not be sold, tape recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of Jon Hillstead LLC, or its designated agent.
3. The information contained in Program material is strictly for educational purposes.
4. Success with this Program is largely driven by your willingness to take actions as recommended by Jon Hillstead LLC, as it relates to the content of the Program.
5. If you wish to apply (or not apply) ideas, concepts, teachings, etc. contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions and furthermore you agree that your success with the Program is dependent on your willingness to follow the steps outlined by Jon Hillstead LLC.
6. Jon Hillstead LLC assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any Program materials.

Section 5. Right to Use Testimonials and Comments

1. You hereby grant Jon Hillstead LLC the right to make both visual and/or audio recordings and still images of you in connection with the Program, including, but not limited to, behind-the-scenes shots in which you may appear (collectively, the “Recordings”) and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and publicly perform and otherwise use the Recordings and your story, testimonials, comments and feedback about the Program in video form, or written along with your name, photograph, voice and biographical material (collectively, and with Recordings, the “Materials”), in whole or in part, for publication or reproduction in any medium, including but not limited to television, radio, print media and the internet, among others, for any purpose, including but not limited to public relations, education, advertising, marketing, training and research on a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable basis.
2. You hereby waive all rights you may have to any claims or demands for payment or royalties in connection with the use of any of such Materials, regardless of the purpose of such use or publication, and regardless of whether a fee is charged or collected by Jon Hillstead LLC for any product and/or service in connection with such use and publication.
3. You also waive any right to inspect, review or approve any Materials at any time, and waive the right to approve the use and medium of publication determined by Jon Hillstead LLC
4. You understand that Jon Hillstead LLC owns all rights in and to any such Materials, including any copyright and/or trademark relating to such use

Jon Hillstead LLC is a professional practice that provides services that are alternative and complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state. Each client will be interviewed and if it is determined that the services we provide can be of benefit, Jon Hillstead LLC will provide services in accordance with the education training and experience we have.

We offer the following services:

1.  NLP – Using the language of the mind to model excellence and install behavior.
2.  Hypnotherapy – The bypass of the critical factor of the conscious mind to produce change.
3.  TIME Techniques – Techniques for eliminating negative emotions and limiting decisions.
4.  Emotional Freedom Techniques - Techniques for eliminating negative emotions in the now.
5.  Life & Success Coaching – Performance enhancement with ongoing support using the above techniques.
6.  NeuroBreathwork- deep rooted change work through the power of the subconscious mind and the breath (separate release form must be signed)

These services are not licensed by the state. The services do not include the practice of medicine or psychology or any other licensed healing art, since we are not licensed physicians.
